Should we celebrate Birthdays

I ask myself this question daily. if life is measured on a scale that is unnatural to existence and only accepted how conducive can it be.. before the 24 hr. clock d 12 hr. calendar life went on for centuries. it is this system of measurement

that gave birth to endless disease based on a survival rate chosen by whom? any input out there?
